It's funny because every Autumn/Winter I say that is my favourite season for fashion...then as soon as we get to Spring/Summer I change my mind and say that's my favourite season for fashion. But I do really love each season and all for very different reasons. However it's safe to say I'm very very excited/happy that the Summer holiday season is upon us. I've just got back from one amazing trip to the USA (I love traveling around the states, and I'll have a travel guide of the places I went to coming up very soon on my blog.) and I also have two more Summer holiday planned. So this year I really wanted to up my game when it came to daytime looks for my holidays. I feel like my evening looks are on point...mainly because I have a good collection of night out clothes that I can wear in the UK and abroad. However I find with a lot of my day time clothes for trips I only ever seem to wear them on holiday therefore I do not want to spend lots of £££ on things I will not get tons of wear out of. Because lets be realist we only have about 2 weeks of Summer in the UK!

I've said it before and I'll probably say it again a million and one times but ASOS really is my first go-to place when I'm looking for new clothes. And they have a really good selection of summer clothes at the moment. I don't know about you but for me comfort really is key when I'm in a hot location. As much as I love to look great in what I'm wearing...I also want to be comfortable otherwise I will not enjoy myself as much. This is where loose fitted dresses come in really handy...and I don't want to admit that I have about 5 of these in my collection now all slightly different colours and styles may I add!

I actually picked this up in January ...I always look at the beginning of the year for the upcoming Spring/Summer season as I like to be an organised person and have my holiday outfits planned in advance. As this saves any mad panics the weeks before leading up to my trips. But not just for this reason but because I find that in some stores they will have some amazing Spring/Summer pieces out at the beginning of the year then a few months later they will be out of stock so I like to pick things up when I see them.

I love stripes they are a wardrobe staple of mine. I adore how it's such a simple yet very stylist look, plus pink is my all time favourite colour. Although I never seem to wear pink...but after wearing this dress I feel like I need to add some more pink clothes to my life.

My sandals were a grand total of £3 from Primark...you really can't go wrong with this shop. Even if I was super rich I'd still go to Primark as they have so many amazing items. I may have picked these up in a few colours too..but hey for £3 each why not?!

I've pretty much fallen in love with my new beach bag...I've never really had a beach bag I've really liked I've just picked up standard ones in the past for functional use rather than ones that look pretty! But like I said at the beginning of this post with a few trips lined up this year I wanted to up my Summer holiday day time looks. This like my dress was brought from ASOS...it was originally £25 then with my £5 ASOS reward voucher and 20% special promotion they had on at the time I ended up paying £15 for this beach bag, which I think is a really good price especially for something that I'll only be using on holiday. It's always worth looking out for deals on ASOS they normally have discount codes flying around for students not long after the student loan comes in or around bank holidays for everyone!

I hope you enjoyed this post, it is always super fun going on holiday and being able to shoot in different locations. Keep your eyes peeled for my travel guide post on LA and Las Vegas.

Love
Nicole
