January (what's meant to be the worst month of the year!) is coming to an end. Have you all kept to those new years resolutions of being fit and healthy? I've been good and kept up with my exercises and healthy eating. Although I have had the odd naughty treat but that is totally acceptable! I've been doing Lucy's Challenge, I've talked about Lucy's videos on my blog here before. And if you have not checked them out yet you must! They are such good workouts that you can make as long or short as you want and such an easily thing to do at home. I also go to work out classes with Our Parks, which is another great way to kept fit. However I do want to up the amount of classes I go to a week. If you live in or around London you should check out the website here, they have so many classes all around London and some are free! So there is really no reason why you should not turn up and try out a class.

Although I did not complete dry January this year I've cut down on drinking alcohol (not that I've ever been a huge drinker anyway). But it's so easy to just go out for a quick after work cocktail and have a cheeky glass of wine with dinner without thinking that these things are a 'treat.' I've been drinking a whole lot of water that is giving me much more energy and making me feel really good throughout the day. Thinking more about what I'm putting in to my body and trying to do more exercise has made me a much more positive person. And I feel like I have a lot more energy...and I'm not craving as much unhealthy foods. I'm not on a diet as such but I want to have a more healthy lifestyle and I feel like I'm on my way to doing so.

A few weeks ago an old friend of mine (who I actually met on a skiing holiday) got in contact with me saying she reads my blog and wondered if I would like to do a little collaboration with the brand she works for. It's always nice to hear from old friends and see what they are getting up to now, and not only have I been able to collaboration with the brand she works for but I've also been able to re-connect an old friendship which has been great!

Purition are natural wholefood shakes filled with lots of goodness, they are a great meal replacement and I've been having mine for breakfast to get me started for the day!

'Fuel your day with a healthy breakfast smoothie that provides the best-quality protein, fibre and essential nutrients to help manage your appetite and reduce body fat.'
These shakes are also great for lunch and post-work out. They contain the right amount of protein, fibre and healthy fats. To help nourish, cleanse and energise your body. Which is all the things we want right?!

Purition have a trail box that you can buy here. (This is what I've been testing out) This is £12.98 and mixed box will contain 6 servings. This includes Strawberry, Chocolate, Mac & Vanilla, Coconut, Pistachio and Almond.

I've really enjoyed using these shakes and its always great to know you are having something that is really good and healthy for your body and so many of the foods/drinks that we buy have hidden unhealthy ingredients that we may not be aware of!

Hope you enjoyed this post, have you ever tried Purition?

Love
