As I'm writing this post, it is the first week of October! Can you believe it?! Soon we will be on the Christmas countdown. (I did do some Christmas shopping over the weekend as I like to be super organised) Apparently this year we are due to have a mild October. And so far we have had some fairly warm days. Which made me lead to writing this post today, how to dress for warm days in Autumn.

For this I have taken one pair of amazing trousers (if I may say so myself) which I picked up in Oasis last Autumn and styled them for a slightly warmer day. However what is perfect about this item is that you can easily style them for colder days too. I think items like these are a must have in Autumn when the weather just can't make up it's mind.

I like to style a statement garment with basics, I'm too scared to have statement on statement (although some people can rock this look, unfortunately I can't!) So I chose my trusty Zara top. However the downside of this top is that it creases very easily. (As you can see in the photos above.) Short sleeves are always a great option for warm days as you can always add a jumper or cardigan over the top if it starts to get cold.

Although Autumn is here I still like to add some bright colours to my outfit, and what a better excuse then to bring out a bright bag on a sunny day. I picked this up in the Zara sale for £10, such a great price. Plus it's super big and I can literally fit everything I need and more so the perfect Mary Poppins bag!

To finish the look off I've added my silver brogues, one of my favourite summer purchases this year. However on a slightly colder day I would exchange these for my new silver dune boots. (post coming very soon on these!)

Hope you enjoyed this post!

Lots of Love
