Top Oasis | Skirt (H&M) outfit post coming next week!

Lately at times I've been feeling pretty stressed and overwhelmed. I've just graduated from university and for the first time in my life I've not known what is going to happen next. Which part of me is really excited about, the aspect of starting my career journey and knowing that anything could happen. But the other side of me is really scared because trying to find a job is really difficult. The other day I took a little step back and look around at the things that make me happy event when I am stressed. These things are both big and small and it's so important to make sure that there is always happiness within our lives.

"Everyday may not be good but there is something good in everyday."

I love this quote at it's important to know that even in the most darkest times there is always something to be grateful for.

Friends, I'm so lucky that I have a fab group of girlfriends who make me so so happy. We can enjoy each others success and happiness but they are also a shoulder to cry on when one of us is down. I'll always be grateful for my friends and they have made me in to the person I am today!

Family, just like my friends I'm super lucky to have such a wonderful and supportive family network. Especially my lovely mum I don't know what I would do without her.

Me time, this is something I love very much. Having a few hours to myself where I can totally relax and pamper myself. Things that I enjoy doing during my me time, is taking a bath (of course with my lush bath bombs and face masks!), reading some of my favourite fashion magazines and blogs.

Walks, I'm lucky enough to have a lovely and super hyper dog who I adore. And one of the great things with being a dog owner is that you are pushed to go on lots of dog walks and explore more of your local area. This is something that I love to do and really makes me feel relaxed and happy.

Travel, as I've got older my love for travel has grown. I love exploring new places, cultures and experiences. Myself and my boyfriend Glyn try to visit at least one new place each year and so far we have ticked off some fabulous places off our list including Iceland, Venice and Amsterdam. Our next stop is New York in December and I'm so so excited as this is one of my favourite cities in the world!

Exercise, something I have a love/hate relationship with. But when I do have a good exercise routine going it add to my happiness and makes me feel really good about myself.

I hope you enjoyed this post, these a just a few things that add to my happiness. This is a slightly different post for me but I think I'm going to add more lifestyle posts to my blog as I really enjoyed writing this.
