Packing for a summer holiday

This is going to be my last post for the next week as I'm going on holiday! Yipee I've been so excited about this holiday for a long time now. I'm really looking forward to going away and having a really relaxing time. I'm the sort of girl who pre-plans what I'm going to wear on holiday weeks in advance. For me thinking about holiday fashion makes me really excited!

The weather hasn't been that great so far this summer in the UK, one minute it's nice and warm the next it's pouring it down with rain, making it super difficult to know what to wear. So as you can imagine I'm so excited to go somewhere where I know for a week I will have nice hot weather.

When it comes to packing I think about my day time wear first, the best place for shopping for this is Primark! They have so many amazing affordable pieces that are perfect for a summer holiday.  I don't know about you but there are some clothes that I only wear on holiday which I'm unlikely to wear when I'm home so I don't want to spend too much money on them but still want them to look good. I've got a few playsuits and dresses for during the day from Primark and I also picked up a few playsuits in New Look this year too. Most of my bikinis are also from Primark, it's getting to the point now where I have so many that I can't take them all away with me. It's going to be hard to decide which ones to take.

When it comes to evening wear I have a good look in my wardrobe and see what gems I have from pervious summers then decide which new pieces I would like to add to my wardrobe. This year I've added a lovely stripe Zara co-ord and some pretty new dresses. Again I have a few too many that I'm going to find it really hard to narrow down what to pack.

Although I will not be posting over the next week I will be updating my Instagram with lots of holiday pictures and outfit photos!

Hope you enjoyed this post
