A Sunday Well Spent

Coat Barbour | Shoes Dune | Scarf Accessories | Jeans Topshop | Bag Mulberry

My favourite day of the week is Sunday, for me it is the only day I get off from work and study. So I like to make the most of my Sunday's, spending them with family and friends. One of my favourite ways to spend a Sunday is by going into town with my mum and finding a nice spot for brunch. (I think this is the best meal to eat out!) I love finding independent cafes and having my all time favourite brunch meal which is egg's royale. We decided to go to Notting Hill, a couple of weeks ago and we came across this cute cafe called Wildflower, we were really lucky to get a table as it was nearly full and most people had pre-booked. The food and hot chocolate were delicous, and I would highly recommend going if you are nearby. You can read and see more pictures here

After we had brunch we had a little wonder around Portobello and the surrounding areas. Perfect area to shoot some outfit photos with the beautiful coloured houses as a backdrop. I wanted to wear something that was really casual, as I like to dress down on a sunday and wear clothes that are super comfortable. I opted for my trusty Topshop ripped jeans, a plain grey jumper and my Barbour jacket. Although I was going for a very casual look, I still wanted to wear a pop of colour as wearing colour instantly lifts my mood. Particularly on a cold and dull day. I wore my glittery pink shoes and pink scarf, the perfect finishing touches.

What's your favourite way to spend a Sunday? Do you like this causal outfit?
