Casual Summer Wear

My Outfit - Kimono Zara | Jeans Topshop | Boots Kurt Geiger | Top Zara

Lana's Outfit - Top H&M | Trousers H&M | Shoes Lidl

Firstly, I just want to say a big thankyou to the lovely Lana who took these outfit photos for me. I am really pleased with the way they have turned out. I went to visit Lana a couple of weeks ago now and she decided to take me to Salisbury for the day. Which is such a lovely town, we shopped, ate and had a really good catch up. (Can I just point out we didn’t buy anything for ourselves when clothes shopping, we both came home with a present for our boyfriends from H&M, best girlfriends award goes to us!)

These photographs were taken outside Salisbury Cathedral, and I think this was the perfect setting. Although there were a lot of people walking past seeing us posing for our photos, something still now three years after blogging I still get really nervous about.

On to my outfit, I picked up this Zara kimono while I was in Tenerife in August, and although summer is coming to an end very soon. I feel that it was a good purchase as in the last few weeks I’ve managed to get a lot of wear out of it and feel that it will be a summer staple for the next year too. I feel that the kimono is a statement piece so needed little fuss when it came to styling it. I wanted to go for a really laid back look so teamed it with a white tee and ripped jeans. Two wardrobe staples that I get wear out of all the time both Summer and Winter.

Lana and I went to Wildwood for lunch which was lovely I had a cheese burger and Lana had a pizza, the food was delicious. We didn’t stop talking the whole day which was really nice. It’s so good that through blogging I’ve met people that I can now call my friends and have so much in common with.
