BB Afternoon Tea Bus Tour

A few weeks ago I took my lovely mum out for the day in London for a birthday treat. I wanted to buy her some sort of experience or day out rather than a present. After a bit of research and seeing loads of photos on instagram about the BB afternoon bus tour, I knew this would be the perfect gift.

We started off just by Trafalgar Square and the tour was 1 hour and a half, while on the tour we got to see some of London's famous sites. It was the most relaxing afternoon I had, had in a very long time. I said to my mum once we got off the bus, I had the same feeling you would normally get after a massage! I was slightly worried at first about the aspect of afternoon tea on a bus, thinking to myself would it be any good?! But I didn't need to worry at all, the food was delicious. The tour guilds were really friendly and funny. But they didn't talk too much which was good, (I was worried it would be more like the London Bus Tours rather than a relaxing afternoon tea)

To start we had sandwiches and cakes with a huge selection or tea, coffee or hot chocolate. Followed by scones, jam and cream! The guilds were always on the look out making sure you had enough food and drinks offering you more if needed. One thing I thought was fab about the afternoon it was at the end they gave you a box to fill if you had left over cakes. So myself and my mum came home with a bag off goodies as there was so much food we couldn't eat it all!

After the tour we went on a little shopping spree around Convent Garden area (my favourite part of London) Where I treated myself to a few new AW15 goodies, so keep your eyes peeled for some new autumn outfit inspired posts coming soon.

I would love to check out the BB Bakery now, if anyone wants to go for afternoon tea with me!
