Viking Emergency Happiness

Viking have asked bloggers to spread the word about happiness and putting more smiles on peoples faces. This is a campaign that I was very excited to be involved in. #EmergencyHappiness is a way to show people how much they mean to you and a really easy way to spread a little happiness. For my blog post I wanted to talk about my own take on happiness. With a busy schedule lots of work and life running away with us sometimes it can be easy to get run down. And when I'm feeling like this the thing that makes me most happy is spending time with my friends. I'm lucky I've got a brilliant circle of friends, and I'm giving my #EmergencyHappiness box to my friend Victoria just as a way of saying thank you for being a great friend.

"Friends are the most important part of your life treasure the

treats, laughter, but most importantly memories."

As life can get very busy sometimes and I'm working really hard on finishing my degree (As well as most of my friends) sometimes during term time my social life can be put on hold. So during times like this I always like to have something to look forward to whether its a girls night at at the weekend, or an exciting day trip out somewhere like Brighton (where the photo's above where taken!)

"Good friends are like stars you don't always have to see them,

but you know they are always there."

It's true that you don't always have to see your friends to know that they are there. Sometimes I can go for weeks without seeing my friend Victoria (our silly work schedules clash at the weekend!) but we will always make sure to text/call each other to have an update on whats been going on in our lives and a general catch up!

I hope you have enjoyed this post, and use the  #EmergencyHappiness hash tag on Twitter for your chance to win your very own  #EmergencyHappiness box!
